Thunder on the Missouri 11
11th Annual Thunder on the Missouri - Starts at 12:00 at the Sergeant Bluff American Legion and rides to the Siouxland Freedom Park at 14:00 for a Remembrance Ceremony. All funds raised will be donated to Midwest Honor Flight (free will donation).

Midwest Honor Flight SUX Mission 26 - Welcome Home
Give our American Heroes the Welcome Home they deserve! Join us at Hawthorne Global Aviation Services to fill the hangar and give these Veterans a welcome home they won't forget after their busy day traveling in Washington, D.C. Family, friends, and community members are all welcome! Wear your Midwest Honor Flight shirts, bring your lawn chairs, make banners and posters, make it a family night! Balloons are not allowed in the hangar. Doors open at 7:30 PM with our expected arrival (pending flights and weather) to be around 9:00 PM. #MWHFMission26 #MidwestHonorFlight
This tour is their “last hurrah” – the last time they will be recognized as the conquering victors that collectively and literally saved the world. To this day most of Europe is free, most of the Pacific is free and America is free. This freedom came at a very high cost. We can never repay them for what they’ve done. An “Honor Flight Tour” is simply a small token of our appreciation for everything they’ve done. Throughout their Midwest Honor Flight tour, the Veterans are thanked, recognized and admired for their service. They come home personally knowing how much their country loves them and respects them. Veterans will never forget this gratitude and adoration.

Softball for Soldiers
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and complete our mission. This tournament helps send some of Our Veterans on the Midwest Honor Flight. In previous years, we (Floyd Slowpitch Softball and participants) have sent at least 12 Veterans to Washington, D.C. on Midwest Honor Flight Missions. Thank you!

A Benefit for the Sunrise Foundation
We are happy to announce that we will be hosting for our 2nd Annual Sunrise Senior Prom “A Sunrise Sock Hop”.
We are excited to partner with The Stuck Bivens-Rose Group at Baird again this year to present this magical evening.
Our foundation supports the future of Sunrise and major needs of campus.
It will be a night of live music from The Gary & Dani Show, hors d'oeuvres ,photo booth fun and dancing for our seniors and the community hosted at the beautiful Pointe at Sunrise.
Limited Tickets will be available so make sure to join us for this fun night!

Siouxland Non-Profit Summit
The Siouxland Nonprofit Summit was started by a group of nonprofit CEOs dedicated to fostering the education and advancement of nonprofits within the Siouxland community. The parent organization for the Siouxland Nonprofit Summit is the Siouxland Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization who is thereby able to accept and allocate resources for hosting the annual event, with overarching goal of enhancing the skills knowledge, and collaboration among nonprofit organizations.
The conference will serve as a platform for nonprofits to gather, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insight to strengthen their impact. We aim to provide a diverse range of educational opportunities during the conference including workshops, seminars, and keynote speakers. These activities will focus on addressing the current challenges, emerging trends, and best practices in the nonprofit sector. We will facilitate an environment that encourages networking and collaboration among nonprofits, fostering partnerships and that contribute to the overall betterment of the Siouxland community. By securing sponsorships for the event, we will pass those savings on to the nonprofits to ensure their participation in the conference is not hindered by financial constraints.
We encourage the implementation of the knowledge gained at the conference into the day-to-day operations of participating nonprofits, leading to sustained growth, improved efficiency, and increased positive outcomes for the community.
By supporting the Siouxland Nonprofit Summit Fund, donors contribute to the development and empowerment of local nonprofits, fostering a collaborative and informed sector dedicated to making a lasting impact in Siouxland.

Crunch for a Cause - Midwest Honor Flight
Join us at the Le Mars Taco John's on Monday, February 24, for a delicious way to support a great cause! From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 20% of all sales will be donated to Midwest Honor Flight, helping to honor and serve our Veterans flying from SUX this spring!
