"Kicking-off Year End Giving Season, Stress-Free Style!"
Presented by: Jennifer Jackson from Heartland Counseling Services & Lisa Roepke from Sunrise Retirement Community
When: Tuesday, September 20, 2022, noon-1pm
Where: Gerwulf Community Center at Sunrise Retirement, 5501 Gordon Dr, Sioux City IA
Taking care of YOU so that you are prepared for the year-end giving season and all that the holiday hustle & bustle! We all know that the last few months of the year are sheer craziness both professionally and personally. Join us on Tuesday, September 20th, to take a step back, breathe, and refocus so that we can put our best foot forward!
Heartland Counseling Services' Executive Director Jennifer Jackson will lead us through some techniques and tricks to help us focus on our mental health and wellbeing to reduce stress. Then Sunrise Retirement's Wellness Coordinator Lisa Roepke will teach us 10 minutes of easy stretching that we can do in our offices, during breaks, or at home to relieve stress and tension. We will then end the hour with lunch and shared brainstorming/networking about each organization's plans & goals for the year-end giving season as well as bounce questions off other members.
